Project Executive
  • Co-ordinate and handle customer accounts
  • Liaise between designers/ customers/ building management/ suppliers/ contractors
  • Initial meet-up with prospective customers
  • Co-ordinate subsequent meetings for exchange of information for projects
  • Oversee progress of project schedules of ongoing jobs
  • Project administrative duties – preparation of quotations, project documents, etc.
  • Promote a positive image of the company to new and existing clientele
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our business partners and clientele

Requirements:

  • Prior sales/ PR experience would be an advantage
  • Design/ architecture/ M&E knowledge is also an advantage
  • IT competent (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • High PR skills with a good sense of humour
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, pro-active, disciplined, confident, and eager to learn
  • Preferably diploma level and above
Site Manager
  • Overall in-charge of on-going construction at job sites through all stages of the projects
  • Plan and co-ordinate work schedules for contractors to meet project requirements
  • Ensure timely and above satisfactory hand-over of completed job site to clients
  • Site-based; manage contractors and workers to ensure that work is being carried out in accordance to the designs; troubleshoot problems at site
  • Update the Project Executive of the progress of work done regularly, so that it can be communicated to the client

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of relevant experience in office interior project management/ site supervision
  • Knowledge in Building/Civil Engineering/M&E or other relevant disciplines
  • Physically fit and willing to work outside standard office hours when the need to arises (After 6pm on weekdays and on Satudays and Sundays)
  • Able to think on your feet
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to speak Mandarin and English
  • Good team management and leadership skills
  • Excellent time management abilities
  • Positive working attitude and very responsible
Interior Designer
  • Translate design concepts into an interior space which reflect the corporate identity / brand image of our clients
  • Space planning and interior designing for commercial projects
  • Design development, furniture design, specifications and detailing
  • Assist the project executive by providing detailed drawings and rendered perspectives using AutoCAD, 3D Studio-Max, Photoshop, free-hand, etc. for presentations
  • Conduct on-site measurements and inspections to ensure quality assurance of built works and fabricated items against design specifications

Requirements:

  • Minimum requirement of diploma/degree in interior design / architecture / or relevant
  • Ability to sketch freehand illustrations and produce formal perspectives
  • High proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Studio-Max, Photoshop, basic MS-Office applications
  • Good communication skills (English language is essential)
  • Strong conceptual design flair and a sense of “style”; keen eye for details and an organised mind
  • Excellent colour and material co-ordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Portfolio of Interior Design works is required with your resume
